We are a Community Based Tours operator, located in the heart of the Bolivian Amazon, our base of operations is the town of Rurrenabaque, Bolivia. Mashaquipe Eco Tours, is owned by a group of indigenous Tacana families, who since 2004 have decided to commit to eco tourism, as a means of subsistence and support for the conservation of our territories and protected areas such as the Madidi National Park. and Las Pampas del Yacuma, places where we have built ecological cabins with local materials, respecting the natural environment and its landscape, to welcome tourists who love nature and local culture, who are looking for a unique experience and close contact with the rich fauna and flora of the Tropical Rainforest of Madidi National Park and Las Yacuma Pampas.

We are indigenous people, we have always inhabited the jungle, we have more than twelve years of experience in providing ecotourism services in the Madidi National Park and the Pampas of Yacuma. At first we worked in different tourism companies in Rurrenabaque until we consolidated this new venture called Mashaquipe Eco Tours.
The founders, owners, administrators, guides, cooks, transporters and all staff come from different indigenous communities, we have been trained to provide ecotourism services, with warmth and quality, we love nature.
